Lex Legal Group was established in February, 1994. At the present time the Group consists of Lex Legal Group in Moscow, legal companies in Tyumen, Khanty-Mansiysk as well as a branch in Novy Urengoy (the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District).

For 16 years the legal companies of the Group have been successfully working in the market of legal services providing these services to companies and enterprises mainly in Moscow, cities of the Moscow region, the Central Federal District, cities of the Tyumen region, the Khanty-Mansiysk  and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Districts.
According to assessments of the rating agencies, starting from 2000 annually Lex Legal Group takes up a leading position among the Russian top legal companies (ratings of Expert RA agency, Kommersant Publishing House, Unipravex).

Director General of the Administration Company is Dzhavid Yagubovich Damirov, Candidate of Law Science, founder of Lex Legal Group, Lex Consulting Group, and Russian School of Management Group, member of the Council of Small and Medium Business Support affiliated with the Chief of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. He has been working in the legal business since 1996. He held executive positions in the Russian Federation prosecution agencies before 1996.
